I highly recommend Paula and Jessica to help guide you with your insurance choices. We were introduced to Paula when my husband needed to switch to Medicare. I studied, reviewed plans only to have someone say oh don’t do that. Paula met with us, made recommendations based upon how he would be using his plan. Could not have had a better experience with Jessica. She was incredibly well versed in all things insurance related. She was easy to talk to and thought about our needs before we ever considered. For example, Knox Orthopedic was not part of the plan we were reviewing and before we came in for our meeting she reviewed all plans and our medical history and suggested we change plans to provide us better, more realistic coverage for our needs.She has been extremely responsive and available. Paula and Jessica are excellent if you are looking for excellent service customized to your needs. They take time to educate you on all options available so you have a clear understanding of what is best for your unique situation. My husband and I visited their office when turning 65 and they were able to take the sea of information available and work a solution that is best for us. If you need coverage I would recommend you just start with them. Absolutely the best!
